The NEET UG counselling 2025 Round 3 schedule has been released by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC). Registration begins 29 September 2025, and the final seat allotment result will be declared on 8 October 2025.

Candidates should note that the payment window for choice locking closes at 11:55 PM on 5 October 2025.

 

How to Register for NEET UG Counselling 2025 Round 3?

The registration process for Round 3 is conducted online through MCC’s official portal. The steps are:

  1. Visit mcc.nic.in and navigate to the UG counselling section.
  2. Click the link for New Registration – Round 3 and log in using NEET UG 2025 roll number and password.
  3. Complete personal, qualification, and choice-filling information.
  4. Make the registration payment and take a printout of the confirmation page.

After completing registration, candidates must fill and lock choices within the scheduled window.

 

Seat Allotment, Reporting & Other Updates

  • Once allotment is announced on 8 October 2025, candidates must report to the allotted medical/dental college between 9 October and 17 October 2025.
  • Admission under 15 % All India Quota (AIQ) seats, 100 % seats in deemed/central universities, AIIMS, JIPMER, DU/BHU/AMU etc., are included in this counselling process.
  • The seat reservation in NEET UG counselling 2025 includes: OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) – 27 %, SC – 15 %, ST – 7.5 %, EWS – 10 %, and horizontal reservation of 5 % for Persons with Disabilities (PwD).
  • Several colleges have been designated as PwD certification centres, such as Dr Sushila Tiwari Memorial Government Hospital, IGMC Shimla, Pt. BD Sharma PGIMS Rohtak, and others.
  • Rounds in NEET counselling 2025 include Round 1, Round 2, Round 3 / Mop-up Round, and Stray Vacancy Round.
