The seat allotment results will be announced on October 18, 2025, and reporting to allotted colleges will commence from October 19 to October 27, 2025.

The National Medical Commission (NMC) has revised the seat matrix for NEET UG 2025, introducing a total of 9,075 new MBBS seats across various institutions. This adjustment increases the total number of MBBS seats in India to 1,26,600 for the 2025–26 academic session.
