New Delhi, October 5, 2025: Candidates participating in the All India Quota (AIQ) Round 3 can pay the counselling fee till 3 PM today. The choice locking facility will be available from 4 PM to 11.55 PM on the same day. The Round 3 allotment result will be declared on October 8, 2025, while the reporting process for selected candidates will take place between October 9 and October 17, 2025.

Participation Guidelines for NEET UG 2025 Round 3
Candidates who did not register in the first two rounds can participate in Round 3 by completing a fresh registration, paying the applicable fee, and filling new choices. Those who were already registered but did not get a seat earlier can simply fill fresh choices without re-registering.
Key Instructions:
- Fresh registration is required only for those who were not part of Rounds 1 and 2.
- Candidates who resigned or did not report in earlier rounds must fill new choices and pay the full fee again.
- Students who opted for upgradation in Round 2 and are currently admitted must also submit fresh choices.
- If upgraded in Round 3, they must join the new seat after obtaining a relieving order from their previous institute.
- Once joined in Round 3, no further upgradation or resignation will be allowed.
- Candidates allotted a seat in Round 3 who fail to report will forfeit their security deposit and will be excluded from further counselling rounds.
