The NEET SS 2025 examination begins today, December 26, and will continue on December 27, as per the schedule released by the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences. The examination is being conducted in computer-based mode across 43 exam cities in India. Candidates appearing for the exam are advised to follow the prescribed reporting instructions and exam day guidelines to avoid any inconvenience.
NEET SS 2025 Exam Overview
The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Super Speciality is a mandatory entrance examination for admission to DM, MCh and other super speciality medical courses. Candidates qualifying the exam will be eligible for counselling and seat allotment as per the prescribed admission process.
NEET SS 2025 Shift Timings
NEET SS 2025 is being conducted in 2 shifts on both examination days.
Candidates must report to the exam centre as per the time mentioned on their admit card.
NEET SS 2025 Exam Day Do’s and Don’ts
Candidates appearing for NEET SS 2025 must strictly follow the guidelines issued by NBE for smooth conduct of the examination.
Do’s:
- Carry a printed copy of the NEET SS 2025 admit card.
- Bring a photocopy of permanent SMC, MCI or NMC registration.
- Carry an original valid photo identity proof to the exam centre.
Don’ts:
- Do not carry any textual or printed material, notes, calculators, pens, writing pads or plastic pouches.
- Electronic devices such as mobile phones, Bluetooth devices, earphones, microphones, pagers, wrist watches or health bands are strictly prohibited.
- Any item that could be used for unfair means or conceal communication devices is not allowed inside the examination hall.
Candidates failing to comply with these instructions may be barred from appearing in the examination.
