As per the latest update, round two registration will now begin on December five, replacing the earlier plan that was scheduled for early November. The fresh notification has also shifted the choice filling and locking window, allotment result dates, and reporting deadlines for the second, third, and stray vacancy rounds.

The revised schedule has been shared to help candidates plan their participation in the upcoming counselling rounds. Authorities have clarified that round two choice filling will be conducted between December six and December nine, while the round two seat allotment result will be declared on December twelve. The NEET PG Counselling calendar is divided into three main rounds and one stray vacancy round, each consisting of separate registration periods, choice filling windows, allotment results, and reporting deadlines. These stages allow students to secure seats in postgraduate medical programmes across All India Quota institutions.
NEET PG Round One Reporting Continues
The MCC has confirmed that reporting for round one seats is ongoing, and candidates allotted seats must complete physical verification before December one, two zero two five. Institutes retain the authority to cancel admission in case of incomplete or incorrect documentation. The revised counselling schedule is expected to ease the transition between rounds and provide sufficient time for document verification across medical colleges participating in the All India Quota.
