Key Details About NEET PG Round 2 Counselling 2025

This section highlights the important points that candidates must keep in mind for Round 2.

Candidates should ensure that they use a working email ID and mobile number during registration, as all counselling updates will be shared through these contact details. MCC will upload the updated seat matrix for all participating colleges on December 5, 2025.

Only the candidates who complete the registration process will be allowed to participate in choice filling and seat allotment. During choice filling, candidates should carefully review the seat matrix to choose colleges that match their preferences and improve their chances of securing a seat.

Candidates must lock their choices before the deadline. If choices remain unlocked, the system will auto-lock them after the final window closes. This step is important, as the locked choices will be considered by MCC during the allotment process on December 10 and 11, 2025.

Once the seat allotment result is declared on December 12, 2025, selected candidates must report to the allotted college between December 13 and 21, 2025. They should carry all original academic certificates, identification proofs, category documents, and the allotment letter for verification.

The revised schedule gives candidates more clarity and ensures that the Round 2 process runs smoothly. Those aiming to secure a postgraduate medical seat should follow the timelines strictly and keep track of official updates.
