The Medical Counselling Committee is closing the NEET PG Round 2 Choice Filing 2025 window today, December 9, 2025. Registered candidates must log in and submit their preferred colleges and courses before the deadline. The choice-filling process will remain active until 11:55 PM.
The choice-locking window will begin today at 4:00 PM and will remain open till 11:55 PM. Candidates must ensure that their choices are locked within the specified slot. Unlocked choices will not be considered for allotment.
Once the choice submission is complete, MCC will process the seat allotment based on filled preferences, rank, and seat availability. The NEET PG Round 2 Seat Allotment Result will be released on December 12, 2025.

As per the latest update, MCC will allot 32,080 seats in Round 2. This includes:
- 17,623 clear vacancies
- 11,837 virtual vacancies
- 2,620 newly added seats
In Round 1 of NEET PG 2025 counselling, a total of 26,889 students were allotted seats.
