NEET PG 2025 Exam City Resubmission Begins Today at natboard.edu.in

The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has officially begun the NEET PG 2025 exam city resubmission process today,13th June, 2025. This development comes in response to the recent change in exam scheduling, with NEET PG 2025 now set to be held in a single shift on 3rd August, 2025, as per the directive of the Supreme Court of India.

The revised exam plan requires the test to be conducted across 233 cities to accommodate all candidates within a single shift. Consequently, NBEMS has mandated all registered aspirants to reschedule their preferred exam city through the official website — natboard.edu.in. The last date to complete this process is 17th June, 2025, by 11:55 PM.

Step-by-Step Process to Select NEET PG 2025 Test City

Candidates must follow the steps below to reschedule their NEET PG 2025 exam city:

  1. Visit the official website – natboard.edu.in
  2. Go to the ‘NEET PG’ tab under the ‘Examination’ section.
  3. Log in using User ID and Password.
  4. Click on the ‘Choose Test City’ option.
  5. A tab will appear labeled as ‘Click here to choose test city’.
  6. After reading the guidelines, click on ‘Choose’ and select your state.
  7. Choose your preferred test city from the dropdown list.
  8. Finally, click ‘Submit’ to confirm your selection.

Why is NEET PG 2025 Exam City Reselection Mandatory?

Previously, NEET PG was scheduled across multiple shifts and fewer cities. However, the Supreme Court's intervention has necessitated conducting the exam in a single shift. To meet the logistical requirements of hosting more than one lakh aspirants in one go, the number of exam cities has significantly increased.

All candidates must log in and reconfirm or change their test city preferences. The allocation will be handled on a first-come-first-serve basis.

NEET PG 2025 Exam City: Important Notes

  • The list of available cities will be shown dynamically in the application form interface.
  • Once a city reaches full capacity, it will no longer appear as a selectable option.
  • NBEMS urges candidates to complete the city selection process at the earliest to secure their preferred location.

Once the resubmission window closes on 17th June, NBEMS is expected to finalize and release the exam city allotment list shortly after.
