NEET PG 2025 cutoff has been reduced by the Medical Counselling Committee under the direction of the National Medical Commission. As per the official notice, the NEET PG 2025 qualifying percentile for the General category has been lowered to the 7th percentile. This decision has been taken to fill the remaining vacant postgraduate medical seats under All India Quota and State Quota across the country.
The cutoff reduction will be applicable for the remaining counselling rounds. MCC has clarified that the Round 3 counselling schedule will be released only after completion of the revised percentile eligibility process.
NEET PG 2025 Revised Cutoff Percentile and Qualifying Marks
MCC has officially released the revised cutoff details for all categories. Candidates who were previously ineligible may now participate in further counselling rounds. Below is the updated NEET PG 2025 revised cutoff percentile and qualifying score.

NEET PG 2025 Counselling Round 3 Update
In an earlier notice, MCC had already indicated that the NEET PG 2025 cutoff would be reduced for the remaining counselling rounds. The authority has reiterated that the AIQ and State counselling schedule for Round 3 will be published only after the revised eligibility process is completed. Candidates are advised to regularly check the official MCC website for the updated counselling dates and instructions.

- Visit the official website mcc.nic.in
- Click on the PG Medical tab
- Select New Candidate Registration
- Complete the NEET PG counselling registration using required details
- Fill the counselling application form and pay the registration fee
- Download and save the submitted application form for future reference
