NEET PG 2025 Counselling Dates Soon, SC to Hear Plea Sept 4, 2025

NEET PG 2025 counselling is expected to begin after September 5, 2025, as per reports from the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC). Meanwhile, the Supreme Court will hear on September 4 a plea regarding transparency in the NEET PG 2025 answer key. The National Board of Examinations (NBE) had released the official answer key on August 29, 2025, but students raised concerns over the lack of access to complete question papers, terming it a partial disclosure.

NEET PG 2025 Counselling Schedule

The counselling schedule for NEET PG 2025 will be released soon on MCC’s official portal. This process will cover seat allotment for 50% All India Quota (AIQ) seats. Candidates must keep track of dates carefully to ensure timely registration and choice filling.

• Counselling will be conducted online at mcc.nic.in.
• Four rounds will decide AIQ seat allotment across medical colleges.

Supreme Court Hearing

The Supreme Court will hear the petition filed by candidates on September 4. The plea argues that publishing only question IDs and responses defeats the objective of transparency, as candidates cannot verify answers properly.
