- Candidates must enter their login credentials, such as application number and password or date of birth, as required.
- After successful login, the NEET PG 2025 admit card will be displayed on the screen for candidates.
- Candidates should check all the information on the admit card carefully, including their name, exam center address, date, and time.
- Candidates need to download the admit card file and take a clear printout of it.

What to Do If I Forget the Login Password?
Candidates must follow the instructions below if they forget the login password.

- Click on the "Forgot Password" or "Forgot Login Password" link available on the login page.
- Choose one of the recovery options provided:
- Answer the security question set during the application process.
- Use an OTP (One-Time Password) sent to the registered mobile number and email ID.
- Use a password reset link sent to the registered email address.
- Follow the on-screen instructions based on the selected method:
- To reset your password, please correctly input the answer to the security question.
- If you are using OTP, enter the received code to verify your identity and reset your password.
- If you are using the reset link, access it from the email and create a new password.
- After resetting, use the new password along with the application number or user ID to log in and download the admit card.
