The National Testing Agency (NTA) has introduced significant changes to the NCHMCT JEE 2026 exam pattern. As per the latest update, the entrance examination will now have a reduced number of questions and a shorter exam duration compared to previous years. The revised structure will apply to candidates seeking admission to undergraduate hotel management programmes offered by participating institutes across India.

 

NCHMCT JEE 2026: Key Changes Announced

  • Mode of Examination: Computer-Based Test (CBT)
  • Type of Questions: Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)
  • Total Questions: Reduced to 120
  • Exam Duration: 120 minutes (2 hours)
  • Exam Timing: 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM

Earlier, the examination was conducted for 3 hours with 200 questions.
