NCHMCT JEE 2025 Result has been released by the National Testing Agency (NTA) on 18th May, 2025. NCHMCT JEE 2025 exam was held on 27th April, 2025. NCHMCT JEE 2025 Result: Tie-Breaking Policy
In case of a tie, where two or more candidates receive the same score in the NCHMCT JEE 2025 exam, the following criteria will be used to break the tie:
- English Section Score: Candidates who score higher marks in the English section will be given priority.
- Service Aptitude Score: If the tie still exists after considering the English section, the candidate with the higher score in the Service Aptitude component will be ranked higher.
- Age Factor: If the tie is still unresolved, the older candidate will be ranked higher.
This tie-breaking policy ensures a fair and consistent ranking process for candidates with identical scores.

The selection process for NCHMCT JEE 2025 involves the following steps:
- Seat Allocation:
- The seat allocation for NCHMCT JEE 2025 will be conducted online by the National Council for Hotel Management & Catering Technology (NCHMCT).
- Seats will be allocated based on the candidate's NCHMCT JEE rank, category, and preferences for participating institutes.
- Phases of Seat Allocation:
- The seat allocation process will be divided into multiple phases, allowing candidates to be considered for their preferred institutes in each phase.
- Freeze and Float Options:During the seat allocation process, candidates will need to select between two options: "freeze" and "float."
- Freeze Option: Accept the allotted seat and remain with that choice.
- Float Option: Accept the allotted seat but remain eligible for further seat allocation based on higher preference.
- Provisional Allotment Letter:
- Candidates who accept the seat will receive a provisional allotment letter sent to their registered email address.

- To confirm their admission, candidates will need to pay the required fee as per the guidelines provided in the allotment letter.
