NCHMCT JEE 2025 counselling schedule has been announced by the National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology (NCHMCT). Eligible candidates can register for the counselling process by visiting the official website, nchmcounselling.nic.in.
The results for NCHM JEE 2025 were announced on 19th May, 2025. Candidates who have qualified in the exam are invited to participate in the counselling sessions, which are organized to allocate seats in the Bachelor of Science (BSc) program in Hospitality and Hotel Administration (HHA).
NCHMCT JEE 2025 Counselling Process
The counselling for NCHMCT JEE 2025 will take place over three rounds: Round 1, Round 2, and the final round. According to the official timeline, the counselling process starts today. Candidates must complete their registration and choice filling for the first round by 30th May, 2025. The seat allotment results for this round will be published on 31st May, 2025.
To register for the counselling, candidates are required to pay a non-refundable fee of INR 2,000. Those who receive a seat in the first round based on their preferences must confirm their admission by paying a seat acceptance fee of INR 20,000. Additionally, they need to upload the necessary documents for online verification at the designated Document Verification Centre (DVC).
NCHMCT JEE 2025 Counselling Schedule
The counselling for NCHMCT JEE 2025 will be held in three stages: Round 1, Round 2, and the Final Round. Candidate can check the key dates for each stage are as follows:
Round 1:
- Last date to register and fill choices: 30th May
- Seat allotment result announcement: 31st May
Round 2:
- Re-registration and choice filling period: 5th June to 7th June
- Seat allotment result announcement: 8th June
Final Round:
- Re-registration and choice filling period: 13th June to 15th June
- Seat allotment result announcement: 16th June
Documents Required for NCHMCT JEE 2025 Counselling
Candidates appearing for the NCHMCT JEE 2025 counselling must bring both the original documents and photocopies for verification. The required documents include:
- Mark sheets of Class 10 and Class 12
- Birth certificate
- NCHMCT JEE 2025 scorecard
- Passing certificates for Class 10 and Class 12
- Medical certificate
- NCHMCT JEE 2025 admit card
- Relevant certificates such as PwD, Kashmiri Migrant (KM), disability, or category certificate (if applicable)
- Valid photo identification proof
