The Nagaland Board of School Education has released the NBSE HSLC and HSSLC exam dates 2026 on its official portal. The Class 12 exams will start on 12 February, while the Class 10 papers will begin on 13 February 2026. All papers will be held from 9 AM to 12 PM across the state.
The board has also confirmed that HSSLC practical exams will be conducted from 3 December to 12 December 2025. The early practical schedule will help students prepare for both practical and written assessments in a structured manner.

NBSE 2026 Exam Instructions
NBSE has directed all students to carry a printed admit card and a valid photo ID on the examination day. Entry will be allowed only after verification at the reporting time mentioned on the admit card. Missing these documents may lead to denial of entry.
The board also stated that the exam routine will not change due to any unexpected holiday, and only official announcements can revise exam dates.
