Navrachana University to Accept UCEED 2026 Scores for B.Des Admissions

Navrachana University, Gujarat will now accept UCEED 2026 scores for admission to its Bachelor of Design programme. The university has been officially added to the list of UCEED 2026 result-sharing institutes, allowing candidates to use their UCEED 2026 Result for securing a seat in the upcoming academic year.

This update is significant for design aspirants who aim to explore more institute options beyond the IITs and other established design schools. The university will offer seats in its undergraduate design programme through UCEED for the 2026–2027 academic year.

UCEED 2026 Result-Sharing Status for Navrachana University

Navrachana University has joined the list of institutes that consider UCEED scores for B.Des admissions. However, it will not participate in the Joint Admission process conducted by IIT Bombay. This means that candidates must apply separately to the university if they wish to secure admission through UCEED.

The institute will allocate a certain number of seats for UCEED-qualified candidates. Details regarding seat availability, application dates and the admission process will be published on the university’s official portal. For programme-specific queries, candidates are advised to contact the university directly.

UCEED Participating Institutes 2026 (IITs and Result-Sharing Institutes)

Before presenting the list, here is a short overview. UCEED offers admission to B.Des programmes across selected IITs and result-sharing institutes. IIT Bombay manages the exam and the centralised admission process for participating IITs only. Result-sharing institutes use UCEED scores but conduct independent admissions. What UCEED 2026 Aspirants Should Note?

Candidates must understand the difference between participating institutes and result-sharing institutes. Participating IITs offer seats through the Joint Admission process, whereas result-sharing institutes like Navrachana University manage admissions separately.

Admission seekers should:

• track seat availability and eligibility conditions
• follow individual application timelines
• review the B.Des curriculum and selection stages
• contact the institute for clarification, if required

With Navrachana University now added to the UCEED 2026 result-sharing list, aspirants have an additional pathway to secure design admissions for the 2026–2027 academic cycle.
