MP NEET PG 2025 Round 1 Seat Allotment: Key Highlights

The release of the MP NEET PG counselling result marks a crucial phase in the postgraduate medical admission cycle. Thousands of aspirants who qualified NEET PG have been competing for limited state quota seats in government and private institutions. The MP NEET PG 2025 allocation list carries multiple candidate-specific data points such as NEET PG roll number, All India Rank, state rank, percentile score, domicile status, category, and qualifying college details. It also displays whether the candidate has been allotted a seat under state quota or management quota. Only those candidates whose names appear in the Round 1 allotment list will be eligible to proceed with the next stage of document verification and college reporting.

What to Do After MP NEET PG 2025 Round 1 Allotment?

After the declaration of the MP NEET PG Round 1 counselling result, shortlisted candidates must complete several mandatory admission steps within the prescribed timeline. This phase decides whether the allotted seat will be retained or surrendered. Candidates must download their MP NEET PG 2025 provisional allotment letter through the candidate login. The physical reporting process at the allotted medical college is scheduled from 08 December to 12 December 2025. During this period, students must complete biometric verification, document submission, and initial admission fee payment in INR as per institutional guidelines. Candidates who are not satisfied with their current allotment may opt for online resignation and upgradation, subject to counselling rules. Failure to report within the given dates will lead to automatic cancellation of the allotted seat.

MP NEET PG 2025 Admissions Continue with Further Rounds

The completion of Round 1 counselling sets the stage for subsequent admission rounds, including Round 2 and Mop-Up rounds for vacant seats. The number of seats carried forward will depend on reporting turnout and resignation trends in the first round. Medical education authorities have advised candidates to strictly follow the counselling schedule to avoid disqualification. All future updates regarding MP NEET PG 2025 Round 2 counselling, vacant seat matrix, and admission timelines will be released through the official portal only.
