Key Instructions for NEET PG 2025 Counselling
Candidates participating in MP State Combined NEET PG Counselling 2025 must follow these guidelines:
- The process covers all state quota MD/MS seats, including NRI seats in private colleges and in-service reserved seats.
- Candidates must not share their login credentials to prevent misuse.
- Counselling will be conducted online via the MP Online portal at dme.mponline.gov.in.
- OTPs and official emails will be sent to the registered mobile number and email ID from NEET PG records.
- Candidates should refer to the Profile and Registration User Manual and MP Medical Education Admission Rules 2018 with all amendments.
- Bank account details entered during registration must match the account for refunds (if applicable).
- The registration fee of INR 21,100 is non-refundable. Registration will be confirmed only after fee payment.
- Re-registration is allowed only for mop-up phase candidates who missed the first phase.
- No deadline extensions will be provided for network or technical issues; candidates must register within the schedule.
- All choice filling must be locked after payment of portal fee of INR 100; un-locked choices will be ignored.
- All counselling stages are online. Fees must be paid online via net banking, debit/credit card, or RTGS/NEFT.
- Only candidates who completed MBBS from Madhya Pradesh colleges can participate in Round 1.
- Subsequent rounds will include candidates from other states if seats remain vacant.
- EWS candidates must upload valid EWS certificate for 2024–25 during registration.
- Candidates should shortlist colleges/subjects in advance to avoid confusion.
- Select choices considering institution fees displayed on the portal.
- Allotment letters must be downloaded from the candidate login after result declaration.
- Option for upgradation (YES/NO) must be selected at college admission. Editing facility is available until the specified deadline.
- Candidates seeking upgradation in mop-up phase must fill choices again.
- Original documents listed in Proforma-1 must be presented at the allotted college for verification.
- Candidates opting for upgradation need to submit a notarized affidavit of INR 500 in lieu of Rural Service/Seat Bond, if required.
