The Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education has released a major update regarding the MP Board Class 10 and Class 12 results for 2026. Around 70% of the answer sheet evaluation work has been completed, and the board expects to prepare results soon, with declaration likely in April 2026.
MP Board 10th, 12th Result 2026 Update: Evaluation Work Nears Completion. The Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education (MPBSE) has issued a significant update regarding the declaration of MP Board Class 10 and Class 12 results for 2026. According to officials, the evaluation of answer sheets is progressing quickly, and around 70% of the checking work has already been completed. The board has instructed evaluation centres to speed up the remaining process to ensure timely result preparation.
MP Board 2026 Result Date Expectations
The board is currently working on completing the remaining stages of answer sheet evaluation. Officials indicated that if the checking process continues at the current pace, the results may be prepared by the first week of April 2026, and the official declaration is expected by the third week of April 2026. Earlier trends also suggest that MP Board results are generally released between April and early May each year.
MP Board Answer Sheet Evaluation Process
The evaluation process is being conducted at multiple centres across the state. To speed up the process and maintain transparency, the board has directed evaluation centres to increase checking efficiency. Reports indicate that the fourth and final phase of evaluation will begin from 23 March 2026, after which the remaining copies will be checked. Some districts where evaluation work was slower earlier include:
- Mandla
- Dindori
- Balaghat
- Anuppur
- Shahdol
- Bhind
- Morena
Authorities have instructed centres in these districts to accelerate the evaluation process so that results can be declared on time.
MP Board Supplementary Exam 2026 Plan
The board is also planning to conduct the second examination cycle from 7 May 2026. This is intended to give students who fail or want to improve their marks another opportunity in the same academic year. Earlier, supplementary exams were conducted much later in the year, but the board is trying to schedule them earlier so that students get sufficient preparation time after results.
