The Maharashtra State CET Cell will close the MHT CET 2026 registration window on 20 February 2026. Applications are open for MAH–MBA/MMS and MAH–MHT CET (PCM/PCB) exams with no extension announced.

MHT CET 2026 Registration Ends Today for MBA/MMS, PCM, PCB

MHT CET 2026 registration ends today, 20 February 2026, for candidates seeking admission through MAH–MBA/MMS CET and MAH–MHT CET (PCM/PCB). Eligible applicants must complete and submit their application forms before the deadline to be considered for the upcoming entrance examinations. The registration process is being conducted by the Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell, which has not issued any official notice regarding an extension of the application deadline.

 

MHT CET 2026 Registration Deadline and Official Website

Candidates aspiring to pursue engineering, pharmacy, agriculture, and management courses through state-level entrance tests must apply online through the official portal cetcell.mahacet.org. The application deadline was earlier fixed for 12 February 2026 and later extended to 20 February 2026. As of now, no further extension has been announced, making today the final opportunity to complete the registration process.

 

MHT CET 2026 Tentative Exam Dates

While the CET Cell has not yet released the final examination schedule, tentative exam dates have been shared for reference. For MAH–MBA/MMS CET 2026, the tentative schedule is as follows:

  • First attempt: 6 April 2026 to 8 April 2026
  • Second attempt: 9 May 2026

For MAH–MHT CET (PCM/PCB) 2026, the tentative dates are:

  • First attempt: 11 April 2026 to 26 April 2026
  • Second attempt: 10 May 2026 to 17 May 2026

Candidates are advised to regularly check official notifications for confirmation of final exam dates.

 

How to Apply for MHT CET 2026?

Before starting the application process, candidates should ensure they have valid Aadhaar and APAAR details for verification The application process includes the following steps:

  • Visit the official website cetcell.mahacet.org
  • Click on the CET Application link on the homepage
  • Complete the registration by entering basic details
  • Verify Aadhaar and APAAR IDs through DigiLocker
  • Log in and fill out the detailed application form
  • Select preferred exam cities and dates
  • Upload required documents in the prescribed format
  • Submit the form and save the confirmation page for future reference

 

MHT CET 2026 Application Fee

The application fee varies by category and examination group. Candidates must pay the fee online during form submission.

  • General category (both groups): INR 2600
  • Reserved category: INR 2000

Applications without successful fee payment will not be accepted.
