MHT CET 2026 Exam Pattern and Structure Overview
The exam followed the standard pattern set by the authorities. Candidates had to attempt questions in two separate sections within a fixed duration.
- Total Questions: 150 (50 each from PCM)
- Total Duration: 3 hours
- Paper 1 (Physics + Chemistry): 90 minutes
- Paper 2 (Mathematics): 90 minutes
The first section was auto-submitted after time completion, followed by the Mathematics section.

The first shift concluded at 12 PM and was rated as moderate in difficulty. Candidates found the paper manageable with proper preparation.
