- Date of Birth as per Class 10 certificate
- Latest photograph
- Address

- PCM group: 11 April to 19 April 2026
- PCB group: 21 April to 26 April 2026
The MHT CET 2026 exam dates for Session 2 are:
- PCB group: 10 May to 11 May 2026
- PCM group: 14 May to 17 May 2026
The exam will be conducted in computer-based mode across designated centres in Maharashtra and other notified locations.
