Candidates seeking admission to 3-year LLB and 5-year LLB programmes in Maharashtra law colleges must carefully go through the notification before applying. The application process is completely online, and separate forms must be filled for 3-year and 5-year LLB courses.
MH CET Law 2026 Exam Dates
- 3-Year LLB Exam: April 1 & April 2, 2026
- 5-Year LLB Exam: May 8, 2026
- Mode of Exam: Online (Computer-Based Test)
The application deadline has been extended:
- 3-Year LLB: Till March 3, 2026
- 5-Year LLB: Till March 15, 2026

MH CET Law 2026 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must satisfy the eligibility rules to participate in the Centralised Admission Process (CAP).
5-Year LLB
- Passed Class 12 or equivalent
- Minimum 45% aggregate (40% for SC/ST Maharashtra; 42% for VJNT/OBC/SBC Maharashtra)
- Age limit: 20 years (General), 22 years (Reserved categories)
3-Year LLB
- Graduation degree in any discipline
- Minimum 45% aggregate (relaxation as per category)
- No upper age limit
