Patna University has announced the Master of Education Entrance Test (MEET) 2025 counselling for the second merit list. The counselling is scheduled on October 17 and 18, 2025. This follows the release of the first merit list, with earlier rounds conducted on September 26, September 27, and October 10. The MEET M.Ed second merit list 2025 is available on the official website. Candidates can access the list and register for counselling through the Patna University PG admission portal.
How to Register for MEET Counselling?
Candidates must follow these steps to complete registration:
- Visit pu.bihar-ums.com/pgadmission
- Enter Application ID and Date of Birth
- Check if the name appears in the merit list
- Pay the counselling fee
- Download the allotment form
Documents Required for Counselling
Candidates must bring the following documents to the counselling centre:
- Allotment letter
- Payment slip
- Application form
- Four passport-size photographs
- All original certificates and photocopies
The counselling will be held from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the respective department or institute. Applicants must complete enrolment within the given timeframe; otherwise, their admission claim will be cancelled.
Additional Instructions
- Heads of Departments/Directors will validate daily enrolments and submit reports to Prof. Rajneesh Kumar, the enrolment in-charge.
- After validation, candidates will receive a receipt marked “provisionally admitted”.
- Newly admitted students for the 2025-26 session can enrol online between September 23 to October 31, 2025.
- A late fee of Rs. 1000/- will apply after October 31, 2025.
