MEET Counselling 2025 Postponed to October 10 – Check Revised Dates

The Master of Education Entrance Test (MEET) counselling 2025 has been postponed to October 10, as announced by Patna University. The counselling session, which was initially scheduled for October 4, will now be conducted on October 9 and 10, 2025, at the respective university departments and institutes. The university had earlier published the first merit list for MEET M.Ed admission on its official website – pup.ac.in. Following the merit list release, shortlisted candidates were expected to appear for the first round of counselling, which has now been rescheduled.

Documents Required for MEET Counselling 2025

Candidates must bring the following documents while reporting for counselling:

  • Allotment letter
  • Payment slip
  • Application form
  • Four recent passport-size photographs
  • Original academic certificates and one photocopy of each

It is mandatory for candidates to carry both original and photocopied documents for verification.

 

Important Counselling Guidelines

All Heads of Departments and Directors are required to submit daily validation reports to Prof. Rajneesh Kumar, the enrolment in-charge, at the Dean’s office. Once a candidate’s enrolment is validated, the respective Head or Director will issue a “provisionally admitted” receipt immediately. The MEET M.Ed counselling process marks a crucial step for candidates seeking admission to the Master of Education program offered by Patna University. With the new dates confirmed, all eligible candidates are advised to report on time and complete their verification and admission formalities within the stipulated period.
