MCC NEET UG Counselling 2026 Schedule Revised: Check New Date

The MCC NEET UG Counselling 2026 Round 1 schedule has been revised. The Medical Counselling Committee has changed the timeline for registration, choice filling, choice locking, seat allotment, and reporting.

The revised schedule gives candidates more time to complete important counselling steps. The update applies to NEET UG 2026 counselling conducted by MCC for MBBS, BDS and BSc Nursing seats.

Candidates should follow the revised schedule while completing their counselling activities. They should not rely on the earlier dates.

Registration Deadline Extended

The MCC NEET UG Counselling 2026 registration window has been extended.

Candidates can now complete registration until 2 PM on August 15. The fee payment facility will remain available until 5 PM on August 15.

Candidates who have not registered yet should complete the process within the new deadline.

Choice Filling Deadline Changed

MCC has also revised the timeline for NEET UG 2026 choice filling.

Candidates can submit their college and course choices until August 17. Choice locking will also take place on August 17.

The choice locking window will remain open from 10 AM to 6 PM. Candidates should lock their choices within this time.

Candidates should arrange their choices based on their preferred colleges and courses. They should also check the available seat matrix before submitting their final choices.

NEET UG Round 1 Seat Allotment Result Date

The MCC NEET UG Round 1 seat allotment result 2026 is scheduled to be released on August 19.

MCC will process the seat allotment on August 18. The allotment will consider factors such as NEET UG rank, category, seat availability, and choices submitted by candidates.

Candidates should check the counselling portal once the result is released.

Reporting Dates After Seat Allotment

Candidates who receive a seat in Round 1 must report to their allotted institute between August 20 and August 25, 2026.

The participating institutes will complete verification on August 26.

Candidates should complete the admission process within the given deadline. They should also follow the document and fee requirements of their allotted college.
