The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has officially started the NEET UG 2025 Counselling Round 2 registration from September 4, 2025. Candidates must complete the registration, choice filling, and choice locking process within the scheduled timeline to be considered for seat allotment.

- NEET UG 2025 scorecard
- Class 10 and 12 mark sheets and certificates
- Category certificate (if applicable)
- PwD certificate (if applicable)
- Valid photo ID proof
- Passport-size photographs
