MCC has released the NEET PG 2025 Round 3 counselling schedule on its official portal. Registration will be held from 15 January 2026 to 26 January 2026. The counselling process includes seat allotment, reporting, and a separate stray vacancy round.
MCC NEET PG 2025 counselling Round 3 dates have been officially released by the Medical Counselling Committee. Eligible candidates can now check the complete schedule for registration, choice filling, seat allotment, and reporting for MD, MS, and PG Diploma admissions under the 50% AIQ quota.
MCC NEET PG 2025 Round 3 Counselling Important Dates
The Round 3 counselling process will be conducted in multiple stages. Candidates must complete registration and choice filling within the given timeline to be considered for seat allotment. Below is the detailed schedule for NEET PG 2025 Round 3 counselling.
- Registration and Payment: 15 January 2026 to 26 January 2026
- Choice Filling and Locking: 16 January 2026 to 26 January 2026
- Processing of Seat Allotment: 27 January 2026 to 28 January 2026
- Round 3 Result Declaration: 29 January 2026
- Reporting to Allotted Colleges: 30 January 2026 to 06 February 2026
- Verification of Joined Candidates Data by MCC: 07 February 2026
The payment facility for registration will remain open until 3:00 PM on 26 January 2026.
NEET PG 2025 Stray Vacancy Round Counselling Dates
MCC has also announced the schedule for the Stray Vacancy Round of NEET PG 2025 counselling. This round is conducted to fill vacant seats after completion of Round 3. The key dates for the stray vacancy round are given below.
- Registration and Payment: 10 February 2026 to 15 February 2026
- Choice Filling and Locking: 11 February 2026 to 15 February 2026
- Processing of Seat Allotment: 16 February 2026 to 17 February 2026
- Stray Vacancy Result: 18 February 2026
- Reporting to Colleges: 19 February 2026 to 28 February 2026
MCC NEET PG 2025 Counselling Overview
MCC conducts NEET PG counselling for admission to MD, MS, and PG Diploma courses for 50% All India Quota seats in medical colleges across India, excluding Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Jammu and Kashmir. Candidates who did not register in previous rounds are allowed to participate in Round 3 counselling.
NEET PG 2025 Revised Cutoff Percentile and Score
The National Board of Examinations has revised the NEET PG 2025 cutoff percentile and score for all categories. This revision allows more candidates to participate in the counselling process.
- Unreserved Category: 7th percentile – 103 score
- SC/ST/OBC: 0 percentile – -40 score
- UR PwD: 5th percentile – 90 score
