MBA-MMS CET 2026 Second Attempt Registration Opens

The State Common Entrance Test Cell has announced a significant update regarding the MBA-MMS Common Entrance Test (CET) for the academic year 2026-27. Following numerous requests from students who missed the initial registration, the CET Cell has decided to reopen the registration process for the second attempt, but only for a limited time. This opportunity will be available on April 24, 2026, and students will incur a late fee for this registration.

The MBA-MMS CET is a crucial examination for students aspiring to pursue postgraduate professional courses in Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Management Studies (MMS). The first phase of this examination was conducted from April 6 to April 8, 2026. This year marks a notable change, as students in Maharashtra are afforded two attempts to take the entrance exam, a decision made by the Higher and Technical Education Minister, Chandrakant Patil.

Details of the Second Attempt Registration

As of now, 48,588 students have registered for the second attempt of the MBA-MMS CET. The second attempt is scheduled for May 9, 2026. The CET Cell has strongly urged these students to complete their registration promptly to avoid missing out on this opportunity.
