1. Visit the official Maharashtra CET Cell website.
2. Open the NEET UG 2026 counselling registration link.
3. Select the Round 3 registration option.
4. Enter the NEET roll number, NEET application number, date of birth, mobile number and email ID.
5. Verify the OTP received on the registered mobile number and email.
6. Enter the required personal and academic details.
7. Upload the required scanned documents.
8. Pay the applicable Maharashtra NEET counselling registration fee online.
9. Submit the application and save the confirmation page and payment receipt.

The CET Cell has stated that candidates can upload coloured scanned copies of the original documents up to 11 PM on September 26, while document verification continues until September 28.

Maharashtra NEET UG Counselling 2026 Fee and Documents

The Maharashtra NEET UG counselling application fee varies according to the quota selected. The available counselling information lists the processing fee for MBBS, BDS and other specified medical courses at Rs 1,000 for the State Quota, Rs 5,000 for the Institute Quota, or Rs 6,000 when applying for both quotas.

Candidates will get an opportunity to raise grievances against the provisional list from September 30 to October 1. The final combined merit list is scheduled for October 5.

The Maharashtra NEET UG Round 3 Choice Filling 2026 window will open from October 7 to 9.
