Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test (MHT CET) Cell has released the Maharashtra NEET UG 2025 provisional merit list for MBBS and BDS admissions under Group A. The merit list, published on August 7, 2025, is available at medicalug2025.mahacet.org. A total of 60,021 candidates have qualified to participate in the state’s counselling process for undergraduate medical and dental programmes.

- NRI Quota: Admission under the NRI quota will be processed only after approval from the Admission Regulating Authority (ARA).
- PwD Category: Eligibility will be confirmed after verification by the Medical Board.
- Reservation Claims: Candidates applying under constitutional or specified reservation categories must upload valid supporting documents.
Maharashtra NEET UG 2025 Seat Allotment & Reporting Guidelines
Candidates must self-verify their Round 1 seat allotment via their login, certifying that their submitted details (marks, category, gender, reservation claims, etc.) are accurate. Supporting documents must be authentic, as per the application.
- If allotted a preference other than the first and choose ‘Freeze’, students are required to accept the seat and pay the seat acceptance fee online. These candidates are not eligible to participate in further rounds.
- If allotted other than first preference & choose ‘Not Freeze’: Accept the seat, pay the acceptance fee, and remain eligible for seat upgradation in subsequent rounds.
