Maharashtra NEET PG 2025 Stray Round Allotment Result Out, Reporting From Feb 24

The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell has released the Maharashtra NEET PG 2025 stray vacancy round allotment result on its official website, cetcell.mahacet.org, in PDF format. Candidates can check their allotted institute and seat by searching their name and roll number in the allotment list. The allotment result was declared on February 23, 2026, and candidates who have been allotted seats must complete the institute reporting process starting February 24, 2026.

Candidates are required to carry the allotment letter and original documents for verification at the allotted college. Admission will be confirmed only after successful document verification and payment of the admission fee as prescribed by the respective institute.

• Candidates must submit the Status Retention Form by February 26, failing which the seat may be forfeited
• This may be the final round of counselling, as only a limited number of seats remain

Maharashtra NEET PG Allotment Status Update

As per official data, 37 candidates have been disqualified from the stray round as they had already joined or were allotted seats under All India Quota, DNB, or Deemed University quotas. Additionally, in-service candidates without incentive marks will be considered for the in-service quota only after exhaustion of candidates with incentive marks. Candidates are advised to complete the admission formalities within the given timeline, as no further rounds may be conducted by the State CET Cell, Maharashtra.
