This official decision comes directly after multiple training institutes across the state requested additional time to complete their essential registration profiles for the CAP 2026-27 academic year. All remaining institutes that have not uploaded their verification documents must finish their setup process by July 10, 2026, through the official web portal.

However, a significant number of institutions faced technical issues or missed data verification windows, leaving their portals incomplete. To address these issues, the higher education directorate restarted the online web system from July 6, 2026, to ensure zero loss of available teacher training seats across Maharashtra.

The official portal will close the extended link on the evening of the final date, and no further extensions will be granted to any college.

The authority advised college authorities to finish logging their data well before the final hour to avoid heavy network traffic or server problems.
