- Visit the official website cetcell.mahacet.org.
- Click on the CAP tab on the homepage.
- Select BBA/BMS/BBM/MBA Int. option.
- On the left panel, click Allotment Allotment and check CAP Round 4 status, or directly visit https://bba2025.mahacet.org.in/bba/institute-wise-allotment-list.
- Choose the merit option (All India Merit or Maharashtra Merit) to view the provisional merit list.
- Accept the allotted seat by paying the seat acceptance fee and selecting whether to freeze, slide, or float the seat allotment.
