The Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) is conducting the Assistant Administrative Officer (AAO) Prelims 2025 across various cities in India on October 3, 2025. The exam is being held in four shifts and is conducted online as a computer-based test.
LIC AAO 2025 Prelims Exam Overview
The LIC AAO Prelims 2025 is held to fill 760 vacancies for AAO Generalist and Specialist posts. The exam is structured into three sections:
- Reasoning – 35 questions
- Quantitative Aptitude – 35 questions
- English Language – 30 questions (qualifying only)
The exam duration is one hour, and a negative marking of 1/4th marks is applied for each incorrect answer. Candidates who qualify in prelims will be eligible to appear for the LIC AAO Mains 2025.
