The following section highlights important dates and activities for candidates seeking admission to the MBA programmes at KJ Somaiya. Applicants must ensure they have submitted the MBA application form by 20 January 2026 to be eligible for the shortlist process.
Shortlist & Slot Booking
Candidates who have applied by the deadline will see their names on the shortlist for Personal Interview (PI) and Problem Solving Analysis (PSA), released on 06 February 2026 at 05:00 PM. Slot booking for Written Ability Test (WAT), PSA and PI will remain open from 06 February to 10 February 2026 (till 11:59 PM).
Profile Submission & Document Upload
Shortlisted candidates for both MBA and MBA Healthcare Management tracks must complete their candidate profile submission and upload all required documents online between 06 February and 13 February 2026 (till 11:59 PM).
Written Ability Test, PSA & PI
The online Written Ability Test (WAT) for MBA and MBA-HCM is scheduled from 16 February to 18 February 2026. The Problem Solving Analysis (PSA) and Personal Interview (PI) will be conducted offline between 20 February and 08 March 2026.
MBA Specialisations Process Timelines
For MBA Sports Management, slot booking and PI/PSA will follow the same shortlist date and interview period up to 08 March 2026. For MBA Marketing Communications, candidates must first upload the required video resume from 21 January to 02 February 2026 (till 11:59 PM). Subsequent slot booking will take place from 02 March to 08 March 2026, and the online PSA & PI process is set from 11 March to 20 March 2026 (till 11:59 PM).
Offer Letters & Programme Start
Selected candidates can expect offer letters on 01 April 2026 (06:00 PM). The tentative programme inauguration is scheduled for 19 June 2026 (Friday), followed by induction from 22 June to 29 June 2026. The MBA programme is set to commence on 30 June 2026 (Tuesday).
