The Kerala NEET PG Counselling 2025 first phase option registration and choice filling process has officially started. Candidates can submit and lock their preferred course and college combinations till November 12, 2025 (5 PM). The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala, has also released the full schedule for the Round 1 Counselling.
Only candidates whose names appear in the Kerala NEET PG 2025 Merit List are eligible to participate in this round.
Kerala NEET PG 2025 Counselling Round 1 Schedule
The CEE Kerala has announced key dates for the Round 1 option registration and seat allotment.

Candidates are advised to fill choices carefully, as only the options registered online will be considered for allotment.
Option Registration Process for Kerala NEET PG Counselling 2025
To register for the option filling process, candidates must log in to the official portal using their application credentials.
Steps to complete the registration:
- Visit cee.kerala.gov.in
- Click on the ‘PG Medical 2025 – Candidate Portal’ link
- Log in using Application Number, Password, and Access Code
- Select the ‘Option Registration’ tab
- Enter the preferred Course–College–Quota combinations in order of priority
- Review and submit the final choices
As per CEE Kerala, candidates should provide options only for those institutes and quotas they are certain to join if allotted.
Registration Fee and Security Deposit
During the option registration process, a Security Deposit must be paid as follows:
- INR 10,000 for General category candidates
- INR 5,000 for SC, ST, and OEC category candidates
The security deposit is mandatory for participation in the seat allotment process.
