Kerala NEET PG 2025 Round-3 Counselling Revised Schedule & Dates

The Kerala NEET PG 2025 Round-3 counselling schedule has been revised by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala, with key dates updated for registration, choice filling and seat allotment. Candidates seeking postgraduate medical seats in Kerala must follow the new timeline shared on the official portal cee.kerala.gov.in.

Extended Registration and Choice Filling Deadline

Under the revised schedule, the registration and option-filling window for Round-3 of NEET PG 2025 counselling will now remain open until 10 February 2026. Candidates must complete their online registration and choice submission by 5 pm on that date to remain eligible for allotment in this round. In addition, fresh registrations are being accepted for candidates who did not apply in earlier rounds, enabling them to participate in the Round-3 counselling process.

Final Allotment List and Reporting

Once registration and choices are finalised, the final Round-3 seat allotment list will be released on 13 February 2026. Successful candidates are then required to report to their allotted colleges and complete admission procedures, including document verification and fee payment, from 14 February to 17 February 2026 (up to 4 pm). Candidates vacating seats after 5 pm on 10 February 2026 will lose eligibility for this counselling round and cannot participate in subsequent rounds.

Document Upload and Eligibility Notes

Applicants must ensure that all required documents are uploaded within the specified timelines during the registration process on the official website. This includes proof of NEET PG qualification and other relevant certificates as per CEE guidelines. Candidates who have qualified through NEET PG and meet the eligibility criteria can use this round to seek admission to MD and MS courses in Kerala medical colleges.

Revised Cut-off and Eligibility Criteria

Following recent adjustments, the NEET PG qualifying cut-off percentiles have been lowered, expanding eligibility for Round-3 participation — with general category candidates needing the new reduced threshold and reserved categories adjusted accordingly. Prospective medical postgraduate students should watch the official CEE Kerala counselling portal regularly for any further updates or notifications related to seat allotment and admissions.
