KEAM 2026 application fee has been revised by the Commissioner of Entrance Examinations. The revised fee structure is applicable for candidates applying for Engineering and Pharmacy courses through the Kerala Engineering Architecture Medical entrance examination. The change has come into effect from the current admission cycle.
Candidates must complete KEAM 2026 registration by January 31, 2026, till 5 PM through the official portal. However, uploading of certificates will remain open till February 7, 2026.
KEAM 2026 Application Fee Hiked for General and SC Categories
The Commissioner of Entrance Examinations has increased the KEAM registration fee for both General and SC category candidates. The revised fee is applicable for candidates opting for Engineering or BPharm courses. Earlier, the application fee for General category candidates was INR 875, while SC candidates had to pay INR 375. The revised fee structure reflects a marginal increase for both categories.

The revised KEAM 2026 application fee must be paid online only.
KEAM 2026 Dubai Exam Centre Additional Charges
Candidates opting for Dubai as the KEAM 2026 examination centre will have to pay an additional fee. The overseas centre fee has also been increased this year.
Applicants selecting the Dubai centre will need to pay INR 16,000 as an additional charge. Earlier, the Dubai exam centre fee was INR 15,000. Such candidates are also required to provide a local contact number, if available, while filling the application form.
How to Pay KEAM 2026 Application Fee Online?
KEAM 2026 application fee payment can be completed only in online mode. Candidates can use internet banking, credit card, or debit card to make the payment.
Before proceeding further, candidates should ensure that the payment is successfully completed.
- After successful payment, the ‘Pay Application Fee’ tab on the homepage will turn green
- If the transaction fails, a failure message will be displayed and candidates will be redirected to the homepage
- If no confirmation message appears, candidates must re-login and check whether the ‘Pay Application Fee’ tab has turned green
- If the tab is not green, the payment has not been completed
Once the fee payment is successful, candidates can proceed to upload images and required certificates.
KEAM 2026 Registration and Certificate Upload Deadline
The last date to complete KEAM 2026 registration is January 31, 2026, by 5 PM. Candidates who fail to submit the application form by this deadline will not be allowed to appear for the examination.
However, the facility to upload certificates will remain open till February 7, 2026. Candidates are advised to complete both registration and document upload within the stipulated timeline to avoid rejection of their application.
