The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) is set to release the KCET 2025 Round 3 seat allotment results shortly. Candidates who participated in the option entry process from September 6 to 8, 2025, can expect the allotment list to be available soon on the official website:cetonline.karnataka.gov.in.

 

Key Dates for KCET 2025 Round 3

  • Option Entry: September 6–8, 2025
  • Seat Allotment Release: Expected soon; exact date to be announced
  • Mop-Up Round Schedule: Tentatively in October 2025

 

Steps to Check KCET 2025 Round 3 Seat Allotment

Once the allotment is released, candidates can follow these steps to check their status:

  1. Visit the official website:cetonline.karnataka.gov.in
  2. Click on the "KCET 2025 Round 3 Seat Allotment" link
  3. Enter your CET number and date of birth
  4. View and download the seat allotment letter

As per the latest updates, the following colleges have available seats in the General Merit (GM) category:

  • Anjuman Institute of Technology & Management: 133 seats
  • SDM College of Engineering: 23 seats
  • Sri Taralabalu Jagadguru Institute of Technology: 66 seats
  • R.T.E. Society's Rural Engineering College: 59 seats
  • B V V Sangha’s Basaveshwara Engineering College: 107 seats
  • Maratha Mandal Engineering College: 76 seats
  • Tontadarya College of Engineering: 65 seats
  • Malnad College of Engineering: 30 seats

 

Post-Allotment Actions

After the seat allotment is released, candidates have the following options:

  • Accept and Report: Confirm the allotted seat, pay the required fees, and report to the respective college.
  • Accept and Upgrade: Accept the allotted seat but opt for a better option in subsequent rounds.
  • Reject and Re-enter: Decline the current allotment and participate in the next round.

Exit: Withdraw from the counselling process entirely.
