The Karnataka PGCET round 3 counselling details have been released by the Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA). On November 4, after 11 AM, candidates can find out the Karnataka PGCET round 3 seat matrix and with this, KEA will start the Karnataka PGCET final round option entry process. The last date is November 6 to complete the Karnataka PGCET option entry process. Candidates can find out the Karnataka PGCET third seat allotment results (provisional) on November 7, and the seat allotment will be released on November 8. The last date to report to the allotted colleges is November 13, which is set by KEA.
Karnataka PGCET Round 3 Eligibility Criteria 2025
The following are the eligibility criteria for Karnataka PGCET Round 3 counselling are as follows:
- The candidates who are unable to get the seats in the first and second rounds of counselling are eligible for the third round of counselling.
- For participating in the third round, candidates have to pay a caution deposit of INR 25000 from November 4 to 6 until 6 pm.
- The caution deposit paid by the candidate will be adjusted against the fee to be paid by the selected candidates.
- In case a candidate fails to report to the allotted college or fails to pay the fee after allotment, then the Caution deposit will be forfeited.
Steps to Cancel Previous PGCET Counselling Rounds Seats
The steps required to follow while cancelling previous PGCET counselling rounds:
- The cancellation of seats can be done within a specified period of time given by KEA after every round.
- If you have already confirmed the seat or reported to the college, then online cancellation is not an option; candidates have to visit the KEA office in Bangalore in person.
- Necessary documents need to be submitted for the cancellation.
- If you are cancelling after the first round (exercising Choice-2) or after the deadline for free exit, a penalty fee (typically around ₹10,000) may be deducted from your refund.
