The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) is set to release the Karnataka NEET PG 2025 Round Two seat allotment result today, December 22, 2025. Candidates who participated in the second round of postgraduate medical counselling will be able to check their provisional allotment status once the result is published on the official counselling portal. The Round Two allotment process has been conducted after considering seats vacated by candidates who either joined institutions through the All India Quota or chose to exit the state counselling process after earlier rounds. KEA has confirmed that the allotment is strictly based on the options exercised earlier, and no fresh option entry or modification has been permitted for this round.

After the result declaration, candidates can follow these steps to check their allotment status:

  • Visit the official KEA counselling portal
  • Select the NEET PG 2025 counselling section
  • Click on the Round Two seat allotment result option
  • The allotment list will open in PDF format
  • Search for the candidate’s roll number or name
  • Download and save the allotment result for future reference

Candidates who are allotted seats must report to their respective medical colleges within the prescribed timeline along with original documents for verification.
