The Karnataka Examinations Authority has extended the deadline for Karnataka NEET PG 2025 Round 2 choice filling. Candidates who are participating in the state counselling process now have additional time to submit and modify their preferences for MD and MS admissions. As per the revised notification, eligible candidates can complete their Round 2 choice filling within the updated timeline to be considered for seat allotment under the state quota.

KEA has announced that the Round 2 option entry window will remain open till the revised cut-off time. Candidates who have not yet submitted their preferences, or who wish to rearrange their choices, should utilize this extension carefully. Before checking the updated dates below, candidates must understand that choices can be edited multiple times until the deadline. However, the final locked preferences will be considered for Karnataka NEET PG counselling seat allotment.

Karnataka NEET PG 2025 Round 2 Seat Allotment Schedule

Following the closure of the choice filling window, KEA will release the seat allotment results in 2 stages. Candidates should regularly check updates to avoid missing critical admission steps. Admission Order Download and Reporting Timeline

Candidates who receive a seat in Karnataka NEET PG 2025 Round 2 and complete the fee payment process will be eligible to download their admission orders. Before checking the reporting details, candidates must ensure all required documents are ready for verification at the allotted medical college.

KEA has clarified that for candidates opting for choice 2, previously paid fees will be adjusted during this round. Any remaining balance amount, if applicable, must be paid by the candidate at the time of allotment.
