JoSAA Round 3 Seat Allotment has been released Today, i.e., July 2, 2025. Candidates who opted for the float/slide option in Round 2 Seat Allotment can expect a seat in Round 3. The candidates are able to access the Round 3 Seat Allotment through the official website, https://josaa.nic.in. The seat confirmation window and online reporting are open from July 2, 2025, to July 4, 2025.
If the candidate is allotted a seat, they must complete the seat confirmation and online reporting process. In the seat confirmation process, the candidate must select one option from freeze/float/slide. To confirm the seat, the candidate must freeze the seat. The Round 4 Seat Allotment will be available on July 6, 2025.
How To Check JoSAA Round 3 Seat Allotment?
The candidates who applied for the float/slide option can accept the seat allotment in Round 3. To check the Round 3 Seat Allotment, the candidate must follow these steps:
- Visit the official website, josaa.nic.in
- Click on ‘Round 3 Seat Allotment’.
- Now, the candidate has to enter their JEE MAIN 2025 application number and password.
- The Seat Allotment will be displayed on the screen.
- Download and save it for future reference.

JoSAA 2025 Round 3: Seat Acceptance and Document
The candidate who are satisfied with their allotted seats has to proceed with the seat acceptance of fees and document upload process.
- For the Seat Acceptance fee, the fee is discriminated based on categories:
INR 30,000 for General/EWS/OBC, and INR 15,000 for SC/ST/PwD.
- Candidates are required to upload these documents:
- Seat Allotment Letter
- Class 10th and 12th or equivalent marksheet
- Category Certificate (if applicable)
- Passport-size Photograph
- Valid ID Proof
