The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education has announced a delay in the declaration of JKBOSE Result 2025 for Class 10 and Class 12 Winter Zone examinations. The board confirmed that the results are ready but could not be released due to administrative reasons. As per the latest update, the declaration will take place a few days after the appointment of the new Chairman of the Board, which is a mandatory requirement for result approval.
JKBOSE Class 10, 12 Result 2025: Expected Dates and Official Update
According to officials, the JKBOSE Class 10 Winter Zone result 2025 is now expected to be announced by 12 January 2026, while the Class 12 Winter Zone result 2025 is likely to be released later in the following week. Earlier, the board had indicated that the Class 10 result would be declared in the first week of January 2026, followed by the Class 12 result in the second week of January 2026. However, the absence of the Board Chairman delayed the mandatory approval process by the Result Declaration Committee. In an official circular, the board clarified that approval by the committee headed by the Chairman is a prerequisite for result declaration, and the delay should not be linked to evaluation issues.
Important Advisory for Students
The board has advised students to wait for the formal declaration and rely only on official announcements for accurate information. Students have also been cautioned against misinformation and fraudulent claims circulating on social media regarding result dates. Once the results are declared, students will be able to check their Class 10 and 12 Winter Zone results using their roll number and registration number. The online marksheet will be provisional, and students must collect the original marksheet from their respective schools.
