The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) has issued a revised Class 10th date sheet 2025 for the ongoing Annual Regular October–November session across the Kashmir Division. The modification comes in response to the upcoming by-elections in Budgam and Nagrota Assembly segments, scheduled for November 11, 2025. According to the latest update, some papers have been rescheduled to avoid a clash with the election activities. The revised dates primarily affect vocational and science subjects, while the remaining papers will continue as per the earlier timetable.
Reason for JKBOSE Class 10 Date Sheet 2025 Revision
The revision ensures smooth conduct of both the Budgam bypoll and the JKBOSE 10th board exams 2025. The decision was made after the state administration requested the board to realign the dates in certain districts to facilitate voting arrangements. Over 90,000 students appeared in the first phase of the examination, which began on November 3, 2025. The board confirmed that only a few subjects have undergone date changes.

The vocational subjects will now be held on November 6, followed by Science on November 13, and English on November 20, 2025. The exams will conclude with Painting/Art & Drawing on November 27, 2025.
Exam Guidelines and Student Advisory
The board has urged all candidates to follow the updated timetable carefully and reach their centres at least 30 minutes before the start of each paper. Students are also advised to carry their admit cards and valid ID proof on all exam days. The JKBOSE Class 10 evaluation process will begin soon after the exams conclude, and results are expected to be declared in the first quarter of 2026.
