The Jammu & Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examination (JKBOPEE) has announced the last date for college reporting in the special round of BEd counselling 2025. Candidates provisionally selected in this round must report to the allotted colleges by October 14, 2025, before 3:00 PM, along with their original certificates. The special round was announced on October 10, 2025, following the second mop-up round. Interested candidates reported to the JKBOPEE office between 9:00 AM and 10:30 AM to complete the provisional selection process.
Documents Required for College Reporting
Candidates are required to carry the following original documents at the time of admission:
- Qualifying Marks Certificate (10+2+3)
- Domicile Certificate of UT of J&K / Ladakh (ST certificate for Ladakh candidates)
- Category Certificate (if applicable)
- Date of Birth (DOB) Certificate
- Any other certificate required by the allotted college as per rules
Instructions for Candidates and Colleges
- College admission counters may remain open on holidays/off days to facilitate reporting.
- Any concealment of information by candidates will lead to cancellation of candidature and may attract penalties.
- Colleges must refer selected candidates with disabilities to the Medical College for assessment through a special Medical Board. Admission will depend on the board’s recommendation.
- For fee-related queries, candidates should contact their respective colleges.
- Colleges are required to maintain records of admissions and report any shortfall to the JKBOPEE via email at coejakbopee@gmail.com or helpdeskjakbopee@gmail.com by October 14, 2025, 4:30 PM.

Candidates are advised to follow the deadlines strictly to ensure successful completion of the BEd admission process for the academic session 2025–27.
