The Jammu & Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examination (JKBOPEE) has announced a special round of counselling for BEd admissions to fill the remaining seats after the second mop-up round.
JKBOSE Counselling Date & Time
- Date: October 10, 2025
- Reporting Time: 09:00 AM to 10:30 AM
- Venue: JKBOPEE Office
Candidates from ranks 1 to 400 across all categories are eligible to participate. They must bring original documents and certificates, including:
- Domicile Certificate
- Qualifying Marks Card
- Category Certificate (if applicable)
Eligibility Criteria for Special Round
Candidates eligible for the special round include:
- Those who did not secure a seat in the first, second, or mop-up rounds.
- Candidates allotted a seat in previous rounds and joined the college/institute.
- Candidates allotted a seat but could not join due to invalid documents, fee issues, or non-reporting.
- Candidates who resigned from previously allotted seats.
Candidates who appeared in BEd Entrance Test 2025 but did not participate in earlier rounds.
Fee Details:
- Candidates must deposit ₹1000 counselling fee online.
- Those who paid in previous rounds are exempt from additional fee.
Seat Matrix & Authorisation
- The seat matrix will be available on the official JKBOPEE website one day before counselling.
- Filling preferences does not guarantee admission; eligibility verification by colleges is mandatory.
Authorisation for Family Members:
- Candidates unable to attend personally may authorize a close blood relative.
- The authorized person must submit:
- Authorisation letter on JKBOPEE format
- Identity Card
- Aadhaar Card
