The National Testing Agency is expected to release the JIPMAT 2026 notification soon on nta.ac.in. The exam serves as the entrance test for IPM admissions at IIM Jammu and IIM Bodh Gaya.

JIPMAT 2026 Notification Soon, Registration to Start at nta.ac.in

The National Testing Agency (NTA) is expected to release the JIPMAT 2026 notification anytime soon on its official website, nta.ac.in. Along with the notification, the agency will activate the dedicated JIPMAT 2026 application portal, enabling eligible candidates to submit their application forms online. The Joint Integrated Programme in Management Admission Test (JIPMAT) serves as the national-level entrance examination for admission to the five-year Integrated Programme in Management (IPM) offered by IIM Jammu and IIM Bodh Gaya.

JIPMAT 2026 Registration Schedule: What to Expect?

As per previous trends, JIPMAT registrations are typically conducted for nearly one month. In the last admission cycle, the notification was released on February 11, while the exam was held in late April. However, the delay in releasing the JIPMAT 2026 notification indicates that the exam timeline may be revised this year. There is also a possibility that NTA may shorten the registration window, urging candidates to apply promptly once the form becomes available.

JIPMAT 2026: Exam Overview

The JIPMAT examination is conducted in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode and assesses candidates across three sections:

  • Quantitative Aptitude
  • Data Interpretation & Logical Reasoning
  • Verbal Ability & Reading Comprehension

The paper comprises a total of 100 questions, testing analytical, numerical, and language skills required for management education.

Eligibility Criteria for JIPMAT 2026

Candidates who have passed Class 12 or are appearing in the qualifying examination are eligible to apply for JIPMAT 2026, subject to age and academic requirements mentioned in the official information brochure.

IPM Admission Policy: Weightage Details

As per the admission policy released earlier by IIM Jammu, the JIPMAT score carries 70% weightage, while the remaining 30% is equally divided between Class 10 and Class 12 performance. Meanwhile, IIM Bodh Gaya is yet to release its detailed IPM admission policy for the 2026–31 batch.
