The JEE Main 2026 Session-1 result has been declared by the National Testing Agency, with scorecards available for download at jeemain.nta.nic.in. Twelve students achieved a perfect 100 percentile, and the official toppers list has been released.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially declared the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main) 2026 Session-1 result at jeemain.nta.nic.in, marking the conclusion of the first phase of the nationwide engineering entrance examination. Aspirants who appeared for the January attempt can now access their scorecards online and review the official toppers list released by the agency.

The JEE Main Session-1 result for B.E./B. Tech (Paper-1) has been published on the official NTA portal, and candidates can download their individual scorecards using their credentials. This scorecard includes the All India Rank (AIR), percentile scores in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics, and the overall percentile score.

To download the JEE Main 2026 scorecard:

  1. Visit jeemain.nta.nic.in
  2. Click on the JEE Main 2026 Result/Scorecard link
  3. Enter Application Number and Password/Date of Birth
  4. Submit details to view and download the scorecard
  5. Save and print the document for counselling and admission processes

Students should verify their personal details, percentile marks, and AIR printed on the scorecard before proceeding to further admission stages.

What’s Next After the JEE Main Result Declaration?

Following the Session-1 result, the NTA will conduct Session-2 exams as scheduled, with results to be declared after completion. Final rankings for admissions and JEE Advanced eligibility will be based on the best of the two session scores. Post-result, candidates can begin preparation for JEE Advanced 2026, participate in counselling, and explore admission options in NITs, IIITs, and other participating institutes based on their All India Ranks and performance.
